When you engage Vogue Property Styling to design a styling package for your home, you are engaging professional stylists who are knowledgeable and experienced in Real Estate and know how to bring out a properties full potential. The trust is placed on the stylists to fill your home with quality furniture and furnishings that will help your property reach it's optimum selling price. We take care of all the styling and furniture elements based on your properties features,
How much does property styling cost?
Price is dependent on the property size and amount of living spaces. We are all about return on investment and properties styled by us consistently gain an edge in a competitive market, whilst maximising your profit..
How long is the average hire period?
Our hire packages are based on a 8 week period (6 weeks plus 2 weeks free).
How does Vogue Property Styling choose furniture for a property?
We design on availability from our large collection of furniture, artwork and decorative accessories. We bring together a cohesive design that best suits the market, the features of the space and the potential buyer. We own all of our furniture, giving us the ability to have full quality and aesthetic control over our stock.
Can I use a mix of my own furniture and hired pieces?
If you would like us to work with your existing furniture, we can offer partial property styling. On our initial consultation we will discuss your requirements, access your furniture and establish a proposal based on what is required.
Can I select specific pieces for my property?
As we are professional stylists at Vogue Property Styling we request that the trust is placed on our knowledge of the market, current trends and your potential buyers, and allow us to take care of the selection of all furniture and styling items.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is due upfront prior to installation and payable by Direct Debit or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard).
Please note credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
Do you offer finance options?
We have partnered with MONEYME List Ready to offer a six month finance option to all our clients. List Ready allows our clients to access up to $35,000 to spend on styling, repairs and home improvements, with nothing to pay until after the property sells. The online application is seamless, and in most cases funds are available within 24 hours.
Do I need insurance?
We have full insurance for all of our furniture for the duration of your hire period.
How long before I sell my property should I contact Vogue Property Styling?
We would recommend you contact us at least 2-3 weeks before you expect to go on the market, although we understand that sometimes you don't always have this amount of time, so we will always do whatever we can to accommodate any last minute bookings.
